Who We Are
Red Grape Wisdom was founded in 2021 by Anesa Kratovac.
Anesa has studied many spiritual and ancient wisdom modalities for over a decade and has been helping others with some of the most effective natural detoxification protocols for the last 5 years. She is a certified natural health coach and is in the process of completing her MA in holistic wellness practice and metaphysics.
Red Grape Wisdom offers holistic diagnostics, personalized body detoxification protocols, and long-lasting outcomes with one-on-one health coaching.
The Ancient Wisdom Bioenergetics Method fuses the understanding of the body from a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual perspective and looks at how genetics, energy leakages, and lifestyle choices impact its homeostasis.
